Once your booking is confirmed, please provide us with your hotel/accommodation address & we will contact you with pick up/meeting point location and time.

Our tours have specific hours for hotel pick up and return, that are most of the time NOT compatible with ship arrival and departure. And we don’t want you to lose your ship back on board time because of that. For booking cruise ship tours, you can see our TainoBay Port clicking here

We recommend: close toe shoes, sportive / confortable clothing, sunblock, bug spray, swimsuit, towel, some cash for extras.

All small kids do all activities with the guide (zipline, horseback riding). In the same group with his/her parent/ guardian.

We don’t recommend using your phone, camera, etc while doing activities, as you may loose it. Go pro, if well fixed, could be more recommended. Anyway, we have a paparazzi capturing all moments, and you can buy USB photos/ video once tour is finished.
